Daffodils are blooming three weeks before last year as are most of the Magnolias trees in our area. Small shrubs and many perennial that are usually completely dormant until April on a normal year are also out of dormancy and blooming. We have experienced temperatures in the 70 and 80 degree mark since early March. So, from a month of unseasonably warm temperatures, tonight, according to our local weather report, we are expecting a below freezing swing! We should all take note and learn by observing nature to see how resilient and adaptable it can be!
